We have outstanding opportunities in a hot niche!Account Supervisor Healthcare Consumer Relationship Marketing · Manage the planning, development, and organization of all aspects of accounts to ensure projects/programs meet client’s expectations and goals, and are delivered within budget and on time.

· Assist the VP, Account Management in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics for integrated, multichannel CRM programs with emphasis on interactive assignments.

Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions.

· Proactively identify client needs and develop solutions by gaining an understanding of the client’s brand, objectives and industry trends.

· Prepare creative briefs and assist in briefing agency team members.

· Identify and drive new business within existing client base or within the larger corporate client base.

Assist with new business pitches and contribute to successful close.

· Oversee tactical development and coordination of all aspects of the account.

· Create accurate timelines, schedules, conference reports and statements-of-work.

· Lead, coordinate, motivate and foster relationships with agency team members.

· Adhere to account management/project management processes throughout the account management life cycle.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum 5 + years experience at a pharmaceutical marketing agency.

· Must currently be in an Account Supervisor’s role or have at least five years experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Executive with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.

· Significant hands-on experience leading multichannel CRM and/or interactive programs at an advertising agency.

· Intimate understanding of all channels including internet, direct mail, and broadcast.

· Proficient in managing development of websites, direct mail, print and broadcast.

· Working understanding of production requirements, issues and scheduling.

· Proven track record in building effective client relationships.

· Strong oral, written, and group presentation communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment that requires quick responsiveness while maintaining a positive professional demeanor.

· Highly proficient in handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for planning and executing activities on behalf of clients under the direction of an Account Supervisor and/or Senior Account Executibe. Account Executives are expected to be able to plan and execute activities for clients in a timely, efficient, and high quality manner.

Minimum 1 1/2 – 2 years experience in a public relations agency with relevant consumer account experience.

Must understand and successfully conduct media relations efforts including media list development, pitching, and developing strong relationships with media. Ability to write press releases, collateral materials, business memos, activity reports, and factual components of plans in a timely manner is required. Must have strong organizational skills, and be able to express ideas clearly and confidently, demonstrate strong listening skills, event planning skills, and team spirit.
