IT Director, Online Advertising Solutions POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall management and responsibility for technology solutions in the ad ordering and fulfillment business areas.

Builds strong relationships with senior advertising executives and managers to provide technical solutions for internal and external clients Performs medium to long term IT tasks.

Attracts, retains and develops IT team members.

Ensures support is available from this team or the solution center for incident and problem management Works with outside 3rd parties to contract for external resources and ensure certain performance thresholds are met. Continuously improve workflow and day-to-date operational efforts through automation and elimination of redundant data entry activities ensures compliance with audit and change control policy.
