A successful development expert will have strategic skills, and be equipped to gather information on competitors which in turn will give the company he/she is working for an upper hand. A few more necessary skills include proposal management, legal skills, and most importantly financial skills and capabilities. A combination of the above skills is basically a recipe for a successful business development specialist.
