Well-known facility is seeking an experienced Physician Business Office Manager! Qualified Business Office Manager must have 5+ years of recent Physician Practice Management experience (25+ FTE’s).
Responsibilities include but not limited to, the oversight and management of: patient billing for fee for service patients, patient liability, Coordination of Benefits (COB), Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation; review of claims prior to and after payment for COB, Third party Liability and Workers Compensation; follow-up on paid claims for Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) inquiries and reimbursement demands; and providing support regarding the various laws and regulations relating to Coordination of Benefits, subrogation, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and Champus.
Maximize staff performance by working collaboratively with staff from diverse backgrounds and with diverse capabilities.
Ensures through staff training and oversight that the PFS functions comply with all federal, state and local agencies/bodies that regulate the functions listed above.

Requirements
Must know ADP payroll, MS Word, Excel, and must be proficient and accurate with Data Entry and 10 Key. Candidate will assist Benefits Administrator with open enrollments, with assmbly and distribution of new hire insurance packets, and with employee questions. Candidate must be confidential, a team player, and have excellent oral and writeen communication skills. Spanish is a Big Plus, as is experience in ADP Enterprise Etime and ADP HR Perspective.
