Job Description
As a valued team member of the Home Resort Products, you will provide this division with engineering/technical support of the development of new products and overall quality improvements by planning, launches, redesigning of project schedules and other outdoor products in the most cost effective manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement the engineering technologies and Delphi Methods necessary to design high quality, cost effective products in order to meet the established marketing strategies.
Consult on a regular basis with executive staff, manufacturing, sales, marketing, dealers, and end-users to formulate products opportunity strategies.
Utilize World Class Manufacturing Techniques in benchmarking manufacturing processes and technology in order to increase productivity.
Reasearch and implement cost reduction initiatives throughout all levels of the product line in order to meet business plan goals and objectives.
Provide timely support to manufacturing, distribution, vendor’s dealers and product end-users to diagnose problems; then implement corrective action to resolve quality issues, production problems and complaints.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 10 years Mechanical Design experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years experience in metal fabrication & designs
3 years experience using Solid Works
Must be RESULTS ORIENTED and DEADLINE DRIVEN!
Proven ability to manage projects within specified guidelines.
Must posses a desire to grow and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment!

Group Overview:
Corporate Finance provides financial support to the worldwide organization across a range of disciplines, including Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
A Cost Accounting Manager in this group reports to the Vice President and Corporate Controller and will coordinate several significant financial projects. A successful candidate for this position would possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Accounting;
CPA, CMA, and/or Masters degree highly preferred;
Individuals with a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years experience with Ingersoll Rand in a finance field or from another company/public accounting firm;
Individuals with operations experience preferred;
Excellent understanding of general accounting functions related to standards development, variance analysis, and direct costing systems.
Full understanding of standard cost systems including manufacturing systems (MRP, CRP, etc.)
The principal responsibilities of the role include:
Professional Responsibilities:
Team Player – Work closely with Corporate and field personnel on cost accounting and inventory processes.
Project Leader – Lead cross functional team in implementing direct costing system.
Business Partner – Develop training and educational tools for utilizing direct costing for decision making.
Business Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing requirements for cost accounting standards development.
Responsible for designing and implementing the direct cost system across the enterprise.
Responsible for developing and sustaining training and education in how to utilize direct costing for decision support.
Responsible for maintaining standard cost FICAPS and monitoring enterprise compliance.
