MUST be familiar with call tracking software, TechExcel experience preferred.

MUST be knowledgeable in TCP/IP networking protocols, network monitoring methodologies, and network monitoring applications such as BMC and Mercury SiteScope.

MUST be able to support multiple product areas, organize multiple tasks simultaneously and streamline workflow management.

MUST have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers.

MUST have excellent customer service skills and work well in a team environment.
