The DIRECTOR REO Administrations role is to ensure the streamlined operation of key areas the REO Administration department.

The DIRECTOR REO Administration will plan, coordinate and direct the operations for the following areas of REO Administration: (1) Vendor Management (2) Eviction Department (3) Quality Control.

The DIRECTOR REO Administration will define and implement policies, procedures and best practices for these areas and will drive performance that is above industry standards thereby creating a servicing foundation that is indispensible to our internal and external clients.

Essential Job Duties: · Hire, train, manage and retain high quality staff.

· Manage, improve, refine and document department processes.

· Design meaningful reporting.

· Seize opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance.

· Provide direction for the management, performance assessment and training of all company vendors, including all real estate agents, eviction attorneys and property preservation companies.

· Provide strategic direction for the Quality Control department so that the reviews/audits performed provide the basis for process improvement and for potential training programs.

· Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communication with the organizations executives, department heads and managers regarding pertinent department activities.

· Benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement of the procedures used in REO Operations.

· Manage Eviction, Vendor Management and Quality Control staff, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.

Experience/Education· Minimum five years experience in management of 10 or more people· Two plus years managing managers· Experience in the mortgage servicing or real estate management industry preferred.

· Experience in process improvement techniques and design implementation a plus.

· Strong data and process management experience· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Personal Qualities and Proficiencies · Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to use a variety of learning and training concepts and principles.

· Ability to produce professional quality handouts and presentations.

· Strong information search and research skills.

· Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

· Solid project and time management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
