Program Supervisor Job in Langhorne 19047, Pennsylvania US
Responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and documentation of client care consistent with the program philosophy.
Responsible for the daily supervision of Client Care Workers in their assigned cluster on the 3pm- 11pm shift.
Provides direct care staff in-service training.
Ensures compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.
Participates in Quality Assurance monitoring activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing.
Experience: None required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment.
Training: 30 hour IV Course required
Licensure: Currently licensed or eligible for LPN licensure in the State of Florida
Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
Job Summary:
Performs and documents selected acts such as the administration of treatments and medications in delivery of patient care under the guidance and discretion of the registered nurse. Assist the RN in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established policies. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
