This individual will assist in operating machines that mix, blend, or compound chemicals to specified standards according to formula.
This individual will weigh, measure, and load ingredients and check mixture for specified consistency.
The Compounder will set or adjust machine settings for proper operations, time, speed, color, temperature and any other variable.
This individual performs blending, filtration, compounding, or other related activities and is also responsible for cleaning the mixing machine or compounding equipment.
This individual will monitor compounding equipment and perform troubleshooting.
The Compounder is responsible for accurately documenting batch records.
This individual will report decisions, problems, and questions to the Head Compounder.
The Compounder will maintain a safe and clean work environment.

They should have passed the certification examination, and once hired, maintain that certification.
