We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting.

This analyst will report to the Manger of Financial Reporting and also work closely with the Corporate Accounting team.

Responsibilities include: – Assist with the SEC reporting processes to comply with all applicable rules and standards in the preparation of all SEC Filings (10Ks and 10Qs).

Specific responsibilities will include preparation and review of supporting documentation related to the financial statements, footnote disclosures and management discussion and analysis.

- Assist in preparation of quarterly Earnings per Share calculation, Cash Flows, SEC comment letters, competitor’s analysis of SEC filings, SFAS 161 analysis for derivatives, XBRL requirements and other ad-hoc requests and projects.

- Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly management reporting package – Perform various detailed financial analysis of major income statement and balance sheet components.

- Ensure that all schedules supporting financial reports are properly prepared, updated and maintained to establish the proper audit trail – Complete and document certain controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley – Participate in the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors including preparation of detailed schedules Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: – CPA certificate or CPA candidate – 4 years of accounting and/or auditing experience OR 2 years of experience plus an advanced degree – Ability to meet deadlines and schedule priorities – Ability to maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data – Attention to detail – Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience: – SAP knowledge – SEC reporting experience – Familiarity with Microsoft Access Required Education (including degree): – Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Raytheon is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of claims in accordance with best practices and jurisdictional requirements. Includes the input of claim data and guiding claimants through the claim process and options. Must have or secure and maintain appropriate states adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Works within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher technical complexity and coordination. Uses discretion and independent judgment in claim handling Possesses demonstrated technical knowledge and skills, including product and industry, reflective of successful progression through various job family levels. Claims handled will be of greater complexity and will require a higher level of investigation, analysis, evaluation and negotiation.
