Intermedia.NET is looking for experienced technical support engineer(s) who are highly skilled in both e-mail and phone technical support. We are looking for people who will be able to focus on supporting either our web hosting or Exchange hosting solutions as a primary product and will have the ability to cross train so that the engineer(s) will be able to support both our Web and Microsoft Exchange hosting customers.
The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with all members of the Technical Support Team and System Administrators to answer, escalate and resolve customer issues. This position will need to provide quality service with exemplary professionalism in a technical environment.
