Selected individual will work with a Floor Cleaning Specialist to provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning and sanitizing all carpet, ceramic and tiled surfaces using customized cleaning equipment.

Primary duties involve traveling in a company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the course of the day, as well as lifting and carrying the sanitizing equipment into and out of customer accounts.

The selected candidate will also be required to lift and move items such as chairs and tables in order to clean the floor.

Additional duties of the position include cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing the equipment and interior of the vehicle.

 Primary Duties: – As primary point of contact for the DFS application, provide leadership, coordination, guidance, and issue resolution for EAG project initiatives.

- Work with business owners and IT leadership to prioritize and plan requests for new applications and/or enhancements.

- Partner with other ITS teams (COEs) to provide high quality, cost-efficient, client-centered solutions to advance the goals and objectives of ITS. – Develop 2-3 year vision for DFS application in partnership with business owners and ITS leadership.

- Responsible for overall quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and budget management.

- Proactively manage resources and timelines related to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects.

  Maintain detailed project plans and monitor planned vs. actual performance.

- Manage the project on-boarding process, develop Project Charters, and engage the PMO for Project Management support.

  Act as overall coordinator for DFS projects in partnership with assigned PMO Project Manager.

- Must be able to travel up to 25%, maybe more initially  – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems preferred or relevant technical training or equivalent work experience.

- Must have at least 7 years IT experience.

- Must have at least 3 years experience in a software development environment.

- Experience with full life-cycle development methodologies (ie ASAP methodology) is preferred.

- Must have at least 4 years IT experience leading solution implementations for a Federal Government contractor or equivalent consulting/system enablement experience – Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance required.

- Must have demonstrated experience in enabling Finance/Accounting solutions (Specific experience in the Incurred Cost Submission as utilized in Government Accounting is a plus including experience with the Forward Pricing Rate enablement: G&A, Overhead, Fringe, Labor Costing, Earned Value, Subcontractor Procurement Management and other Government Contractor Financial processes).

- Experience delivering Finance and Cost Accounting applications in an SAP environment for Government Contract solutions is preferred.

 Example: Finance (FI), Cost Accounting (CO) applications.

  Experience including Materials Management (MM) Procurement would be ideal.

- Must have experience leading software implementations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required.

- Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  Must be able to work productively with all levels of the organization.

- Must be a strong negotiator with ability to effectively manage scope of projects and expectations of project stakeholders.

- Advanced skills in using project management tools (ie Microsoft Project) for managing tasks, timelines, and resources is preferred.
