Serves as an advisor to trainees, trainers and management by providing evaluations on performance aptitude results.

4. Updates and monitors quality and practical relevance of all training programs.

Provides feedback, advises, and contributes to the design and development of curricula.

5. Prepares all assigned administrative reports.

Qualifications Required(Experience, Skills, Academic): Minimum of two years experience in a training delivery position.

Minimum of two years experience in a Senior Human Resources position preferred.

Knowledge of and experience with pertinent topics (payroll, implementation, HR, etc.) preferred.

Proven proficiency conducting adult training in a classroom environment required.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and platform skills required.

Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and productivity software is required.

Ability to develop or adapt training classes and materials necessary.
