AREA SALES MANAGERLas Vegas Market This position is responsible for investigating and securing new clients, while assisting to maintain/manage the current client base in the assigned region.RESPONSIBILITIES:1- Generate referrals/sales for ADIC.2- Locate and contact new client leads in the assigned Region.3- Present ADIC’s philosophy, products and services to potential clients to gain interest and a commitment to forward patient referrals.4 – Monitor/manage current client base in assigned Region to maximize utilization and identify trends in use.5 – Create new and creative methods of marketing to clients, both new and current, to encourage interest and maintain motivation in utilizing ADIC.6 – Demonstrate the ability to locate high concentrations of referrals and sound follow up when marketing these accounts.7- Monitor the competition in the assigned regions by being visible in the client locations, reviewing industry materials and publications, and attending conferences and association events.8 – Develop relationships with the client offices, both at the Supervisory and employee levels (doctors/nurses/scheduling coordinators/receptionists).9 – Deliver films to offices when it is appropriate. This should be done as time permits with the strategy being to help build relationships with physicians and their staff. This is meant as an enhancement to the overall marketing strategy and the Marketing Manager needs to be able to determine the effectiveness of these deliveries.10- Maintain an up-to-date Sales Pipeline that includes all client activity and progress.11- Responsible for a minimum of 15 client visits per day with the intention of increasing these visits to 20 per day.12 – Responsible for maintaining the Las Vegas sales territory’s 5 separate sections to help organize and maximize the marketing effort.13 – Responsible for setting up a market schedule to cover any extended time off work (i.e. vacation) so that ADIC can have proper marketing coverage.14- Responsible for scheduling 1 client lunch a week after the first 30 calendar days. These lunches must be for clients that can refer MRI’s or utilize our ultrasound product. Responsible for 2 client lunches per week after 90 days of employment. (This number can either go up or down depending on the return on investment.)15- Monitor individual Sales Budget and expenses in order to maximize the use of marketing materials, conference fees, travel, an client give aways. Submit accurate expense reports timely of the VP of Sales every week.16 – Maintain a detailed, client database of all current and potential client demographics and activity in assigned region. This information is to be stored on the ADIC computer system. The Area Sales Manager must also keep an up to date calendar of all activity in Outlook. Supply an updated version to the VP of Sales on a quarterly basis.17 – Act as the liaison between the client and ADIC when there are special requests or questions on a referral.18- Handle customer complaints in a timely fashion with the goal of building and furthering a relationship as it relates to customer service.19- Initial sales goals will be set by the VP of New Business and the Member Manager. The forecast of these goals may change for budgetary reasons.20- Responsible for communicating with ADIC receptionist on ongoing faxing of open appointment times to our managed care partners.21 – Responsible for sending daily updates to the VP of New Business and the ADIC manager in excel via email. For the first 30 days of employment the Area Sales Rep will send these updates from the internet connection at ADIC. This report can be sent at the end of the day from ADIC or from home internet connection after 30 days.22- Daily hours are from 8:30am until 5:00pm.
