Ensure the coordination and timeliness of commercial launch of new products.
Responsible for success of the product portfolio as well as the authority to make business-based product decisions to maximize WMS return on investments.

Essential Job Functions- list most important first: Develop and implement a product, launch strategies, a product pricing model, and the internal product positioning documents.
Create Market Requirement Documents, Product Requirement Documents, and white papers that educate internal personnel on key issues facing the market.
Create Product Roadmaps in conjunction with technical roadmaps that provide the vision for each product line and product category.
Accountable for product line ROI by managing the product portfolio using quantitative operational metrics including sales, profit, margins, and market share goals.
Direct overall product lifecycle planning and management including pricing, customer and technical requirements, product strategy and communications across each product category.
Build cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated “go to market effort” that positions WMS as a product leader and innovator.
Define unsolved market problems relevant to specific product lines and that customers are willing to pay to solve.
Identify and evaluate competitor strengths and weaknesses and potential business alliances and partnerships.
Monitor customer’s needs/trends, technical and regulatory requirements, market position changes, competitive movements and innovations.
Analyse which market segments should be pursued bia stagegate by determining market size, revenue potential, and corporate startegy.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to sales and sales support on product information via product presentation, product briefs, and other product demos.
In addition, provide product and market answers via email, web, and product presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree requiredMBA PreferredWork Experience/ Certifications/Licenses: Product Management Certification Preferred.
10 years of Product Management experience.
Prefer Gaming Industry experienceKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
