Exciting high visibility Senior Manager, Treasury/Capital Markets position at a global leader in the life sciences industry! The Senior Manager, Treasury’s overall objective is to ensure continuous access to capital markets and management of financial risks.

Some specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): • Lead debt and equity financing transactions, as appropriate• Analyze the company’s capital structure and provide corporate financing recommendations relative to alternative funding strategies• Manage the company’s financing portfolio of public debt, bank term loans and revolving credit facilities• Execute share repurchases• Analyze and participate in financial risk management reviews with senior management• Assist in managing bank and rating agency relationships• Prepare rating agency update presentationsWho we’re looking forBachelors in Finance/Accounting/Business with at least 7 years of relevant treasury experience in a well respected business.

Should have proven track record and be comfortable in a high visibility position.

Prefers candidates with an MBA or CTP. Should have large public company experience.
