This person will be responsible for managing Executives calendars, ordering office supplies, processing expense reports, screening phone calls & emails, coordinating travel arrangements, typing letters & memos, creating reports & presentations, taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings & luncheons, and assisting with special projetcs.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
6 + years experience in an Office Manager or Executive Assistant role a must. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint needed.
