Work closely with Process owners to ensure account flows are set up, monitored and executed Manage projects, system initiatives to drive and plan for the future vision of Recovery Create an RMS dashboard to validate rules engine operations are running efficiently.

Create an RMS dashboard for overall system efficiency related to processes Document and record processes and prepare flowcharts to ensure the RMS rules engine is functioning properly, provide updates as needed.

Facilitate and prepare PERs, all phases and manage them to completion.

Liaison with IT to ensure smooth running of Recovery application Review and monitor RMS NG support central issue tickets Complete and fix issues/problems relative to RMS NG Operational items Prepare Support Central tickets and review and implement escalation practices.

Review all current recovery practices and determine the next steps to ensure processes are automated.

Prepare financial and statistical analysis.

Prepare financial and business reporting as needed Work with Accounting Dept to ensure appropriate postings of financial transactions Actively participate in process management improvements.
