We currently have a great opportunity available for a Planning and Inventory Manager in Mundelein, IL.The Planning and Inventory Manager is responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process through its monthly cadence of product review, demand planning, supply planning, financial reconciliation and culminating in the executive management business review for finished goods, consumables and service parts.

Develop, manage, monitor and report on inventory control practices in SAI/SRA plants, DC’s and third-party distribution centers.

Responsibilities: Collaboratively plan with product management and marketing on product activities including new product introductions, end of life plans, promotions and supply constraints.

Develop Demand Plans: -Create SKU level reagent and instrument demand plans through statistical analysis and collaborative planning with sales, product management, and marketing as necessary- Create SKU level consumable and, in conjunction with Service Operations, service parts demand plans through statistical modeling.

-Report and monitor monthly forecast accuracy metrics.

Execute Supply Planning: -Calculate and maintain safety stock levels to meet customer fill rates for reagents, instruments, consumables, and service parts.

-Plan purchases of finished goods and parts, issue purchase orders, resolve constraints, allocate inventory, monitor in-transit shipments, and monitor receipts.

-Plan production of reagents including planning BOMS (MRP planning).

-Report and monitor inventory levels and fill rates.

Lead Financial Reconciliation -Review constrained and unconstrained revenue projections along with scenario planning.

-Review working capital requirements on purchases, production and projected inventory levels along with scenario planning.

-Review current projections to annual budgets/plans for issues to be discussed at Executive Business Review.

-Ensure that Corporate and Financial inventory targets are met Lead Executive Business Review -Review product activities, demand plans, supply plans, and financial reconciliation issues.

-Review performance metrics Manage Inventory Control Practices in SAI and SRA plants and DC’s as well as third party locations -Develop, manage, monitor and report on inventory control practices -Establish, review and report performance metrics -Recommend and work with operations teams to implement process improvements related to inventory control, including IRA and cycle counting practices Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure overall quality of the process and effectiveness of team members.

Review metrics and results to continually refine and improve processes.

Set priorities for application development to support planning and inventory control.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or Related field required.

MBA or Masters degree preferred.

APIC Certification a plus 5 – 10 years of inventory planning exp. with a min. of 5 years leading a planning team.

Deep knowledge of planning and inventory Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively manage change and promote continuous improvement ERP knowledge preferred, SAP knowledge a plus, Project Management experience a plus.

Field Technician Is are expected to receive, analyze, and resolve problems within the wireless network in a timely manner with assistance from higher level technicians or supervisor as required.

There is an expectation they will progress from requiring assistance to requiring minimal guidance for tasks performed within their job level.

Job Responsibilities: · Develop proficiency in primary skills of customer relations, basic electricity, basic electronics, basic telephony, radio principles for CDMA and iDEN, and basic principles of digital transmission, fiber communication, data communication, telephony terminology, industry standards, and on-line network control/maintenance systems.

· Able to follow detailed method of procedures (MOP) and practices to perform routine maintenance on all radio interface equipment.

· Develop proficiency with use of relevant wireless tools and test equipment.

· Develop proficiency with inventory tools and procedures.

· Able to perform duties related to generator deployment and setup.

· Able to trouble shoot AC and DC power systems including tower light controllers.

· Provide service delivery and assurance of all radio interface network elements.

Analyze symptoms for accurate isolation of customer and network problems.

· Meet expectations with regards to behavioral and administrative facets of the position.Job Requirements: · Knowledge of wireless RF communications and principles (CDMA, GSM, iDEN, etc).

· Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environment.

· Ability to exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and perplexing situations.

· Ability to accept project work in other locations outside of market.

· Ability to work various shifts and be on call as required.

· Ability to identify all colors associated with telecommunications cable and equipment indicator lights.

· Basic computer skills.

· A valid drivers license and the ability to drive long distances on and off road and to tow trailers.

A CDL classification may be required for some vehicles.

· Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs independently and up to 90lbs with assistance, if necessary.

· Ability to climb ladders and steep staircases.

· Ability to work in remote and challenging locations including, but not limited to: rooftops, vaults, and all types of geographic locations.

· The dexterity to connect and disconnect various sizes and types of electronic connectors.

Preferred: · Knowledge of telephony networks, include DS1, DS3, OC, and various IP networks.

· Knowledge of basic operating principles of wireless / RF environments.

· Knowledge of generator operating principles.

Additional Comments: For selected candidates who do not possess RF fundamentals there will be formalized training in Overland Park, KS for the firs

SOLAR ENGINEER The Engineer for the Solar team will be responsible for providing the engineering and technology expertise to the team.

Responsibilities will include review of EPC vendors proposed designs, reviewing available solar technology and making recommendations to the team on appropriate products, providing back-up support to the Project Manager, and managing strategic alliances and subcontractor relationships with providers of solar technology.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: In general, for a broad range of solar projects: reviewing the designs submitted by EPC vendors for reasonableness of electrical and structural engineering; assist in design optimization; providing input to project design, budgeting and scheduling; participation in qualification, selection and management of contractors, subcontractors and equipment vendors.

Maintain knowledge of solar technologies commercially available (PV panels, thin-film, inverters, etc.) and provide recommendations on merits of different manufacturers product; provide insight into new products coming to market Participate in diagnosing installations that are not performing to expectations Provide back-up to the Project Manager at times of peak workload or time off Prepare reports to management; manage administrative tasks EDUCATION:
Undergraduate engineering degree from an accredited college or university EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years engineering experience in energy-related technologies and applications
Specific experience with distributed solar PV technologies strongly preferred
Experience in the overall aspects of design engineering, construction, start-up/commissioning, and subsequent O&M of distributed energy projects JOB SKILLS:
