Identify opportunities for cost reduction via more efficient completion practices or modified completion designs.

Focus on techniques and opportunities that balance production enhancements versus cost to achieve the best valuation proposition.

Participate in peer assists as requested.

This position will be part of the interdisciplinary Eagle Ford asset team and will be expected to work closely across the team in dynamic development program.

Requirements 10 years minimum oil and gas completions/petroleum engineering experience.

High proficiency in hydraulic fracture design and post-treatment evaluation.

Specific work on applied rock mechanics is a plus.

Type curve analysis and production history matching is a plus.

Individuals with shale and horizontal experience will be highly regarded.

Expertise evaluating completion efficiency and reservoir performance.

Experience with analytical reservoir methods such as rate transient and pressure transient analysis a plus.

Posses strong interpersonal skills and posses the ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel and multi-disciplinary teams.
